This page covers the deposit, balance, and cancellation terms for DJ, live saxophone, karaoke, and officiant bookings with Xandavi Entertainment. These same terms are included in the signed service agreement provided at booking, which governs your specific event.
Deposit
A deposit of 25% of your package price is due at booking to reserve your date. Deposits are non-refundable, and a date is not considered held until the deposit has cleared.
Balance
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date. Accepted payment methods: cash, Venmo, or check.
Cancellation by client
- 30 or more days before the event: the deposit is forfeited; no further charge.
- Less than 30 days before the event: the deposit is forfeited, plus 50% of the remaining balance is due.
- Less than 7 days before the event, or a no-show: the full quoted amount is due.
Cancellation by Xandavi Entertainment
In the rare event that Alexander is unable to perform due to illness or emergency, the full deposit is refunded, and reasonable effort is made to help you find a replacement.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is not treated as a cancellation. A deposit transfers to a new date if the event is rebooked within 12 months and the new date is available, with no additional fee.
